What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Identifying and resolving issues in audio, video, control, and networking systems. 
  • Troubleshooting and escalating programming issues in the field, making necessary changes independently or with assistance. 
  • Coordinating new customer incidents, problems, and requests via a ticketing system. 
  • Performing onsite preventative maintenance for support contract clients, ensuring all devices function as intended. 
  • Conducting research on system lifecycle and assisting customer engagement teams in improving customer experience. 
  • Providing training to customers on the use of their audiovisual systems. 
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize team effectiveness. 

Who You Are:

  • You have a solid understanding of commercial audio-visual signal flow. 
  • You have strong communication skills and can create clear and concise documentation.

  • You’re self-sufficient, well-prepared, and motivated to prioritize and execute tasks quickly.

Other Requirements: 

  • A high school diploma or GED. 
  • Authorization to work in the USA. 
  • Background checks and drug screening are part of our employment process. 
  • Clean driving record required.
