Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport (MSP) continues to earn top honors as North America’s best airport. The airport has reigned supreme for five consecutive years in the 25-40 million passenger category reported by the Airport Council International’s annual ranking. The accolades don’t stop there. MSP was also recognized for best digital assets in an airport in the 2021 Digital Airport Index developed by Mijksenaar.
What sets MSP apart?
The ACI conducts Airport Service Quality surveys to assess excellence in traveler experiences based on 34 key performance indicators. In much the same way, the Digital Airport Index assesses factors in ranking the digital assets of individual airports.
