Radiant Technology Group announced its role in enabling a next-generation, AI-powered passenger engagement platform at Miami International Airport (MIA), one of the busiest international airports in the United States.
The initiative, delivered in collaboration with MappedIn, Satisfi Labs, and Hypervsn, introduces a first-of-its-kind omnichannel experience spanning mobile, web, voice, kiosks, and physical environments, including holographic interaction. The platform leverages conversational AI to provide real-time, location-aware, multilingual assistance to travelers.
Radiant enabled this solution through its DXSuite platform, which provides the foundation for connecting data, workflows, and digital experiences across the airport ecosystem.
Within DXSuite, CoreAPI serves as the centralized data hub and API gateway, aggregating and normalizing data from multiple airport systems into a unified structure. This enables AI-driven platforms to deliver consistent, real-time passenger interactions across all engagement channels.
Pulse, another component of DXSuite, provides continuous monitoring of data flow integrity, throughput, and system performance, ensuring that passenger experiences remain reliable and responsive at scale.
