Radiant Technology Group, Inc. Denver, Colorado, United States (Hybrid Remote/On-site)
About the Company
At Radiant Technology, we design and deliver data-driven digital signage solutions that power communication and engagement in enterprise, transportation, and commercial environments. From large-scale dvLED deployments to sensor-driven experiences and interactive content, we blend technology and creativity to bring spaces to life. We’re a tight-knit team of builders, innovators, and tech-lovers who value curiosity, collaboration, and customer impact.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Field Support Engineer who loves to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on with technology. In this role, you’ll provide both remote and onsite support for cutting-edge digital signage systems used by major brands, airports, and enterprise environments. You’ll troubleshoot networks, build out Windows-based media systems, configure displays, and help customers keep their systems running flawlessly. You’ll also assist with internal IT tasks and have access to a lab environment to test, experiment, and grow your skills.
If you’re the type of person who builds your own PCs for fun, tinkers in your home lab, or gets excited about the latest AV and IT gear – this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
Provide remote and onsite technical support for digital signage systems and infrastructure in both commercial and enterprise environments.
Troubleshoot and support networking components, Windows PCs, media players, and content-driven signage systems.
Learn and maintain specialized digital content management platforms and work directly with connected hardware like sensors, interactive touchscreens, and large-format LED displays.
Support and configure dvLED systems and displays from vendors such as LG, Nanolumens, and others.
Assist internal teams with IT needs; from PC setup to network troubleshooting and user support.
Collaborate with project teams and clients to investigate and resolve technical issues.
Document resolutions, contribute to support knowledge bases, and improve service workflows.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MTA/MCSA are a plus (and we’ll support you earning them if you don’t have them yet).
Required Skills
1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience (including internships or co-ops).
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, subnets, VPNs, basic switch/router setup).
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows PCs and software.
Strong troubleshooting instincts — you enjoy digging into a problem and figuring out how to fix it.
A love for technology, tinkering, and getting hands-on with gear
Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
Why This Role Is Perfect for a Tech Enthusiast
You’ll work directly with gear like dvLED walls, media players, BrightSign and Windows-based signage systems, sensors, AV-over-IP, and IoT integrations.
Access to an in-house test lab to experiment and grow your knowledge with the latest signage and AV tech.
You’ll join a team that geeks out about technology — we’re not just button-pushers, we’re builders.
Real impact: Your work helps keep high-visibility signage systems live in airports, offices, retail locations, manufacturing plants and more.
Benefits Include:
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with company match
Paid time off (PTO)
