Radiant Technology is looking for an Installation Technician III that is interested in challenging work with technology that improves the way people collaborate. The Installation Technician III will lead the coordination, physical installation and commissioning of audio-visual projects. After a thorough system building process this employee will plan and execute the wiring, equipment installation, system connections, device testing and remote commissioning of systems to deliver a final product that meets the requirements of the customer. This position will lead and direct installation crews on projects to meet scope, design, and project requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Follow project design and customer deliverables to ensure project meets time scope, budget, safety, and all customer requirements.
- Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
- Plan work for team, monitor quality and performance to deliver on project objectives.
- Commission system with an engineer to finalize functionality for control and DSP systems.
- Mentor and supervise Level I and Level II Technicians.
- Perform on-site rack builds including populating, wiring, labelling, and dressing.
- Perform operational training as needed.
- Work with Project Manager to facilitate resources required and changes.
- Complete project documentation as needed.
- Travel to various job sites required.

Other Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Authorization to work in the USA.

- Clean driving record required.
