Reminiscing on Radiant’s founding, Myers recalls one of the most pivotal moments of the past 20 years.
“At the time, most audio visual integrators only thought about completing projects and not what happened afterward. We started thinking differently and wanted to deliver a better client experience. That’s when we hired our first service technician, and it was a game changer for Radiant.”
